In Claude, ask for two child tasks beneath that note, keeping its original words and the existing daily briefing. Watch the shared list change from the agent instruction.
The original note remains, with Record the phone capture and Record the desktop response beneath it. Both tasks are still unchecked.
Back on the phone, the same two tasks are already there. There is no second list to maintain.
Edit that same phone note to add Include the return trip. Its two child tasks stay attached.
The amendment reaches the desktop. Ask Claude to read the note again: it quotes the new sentence and confirms both child tasks remain. Capture, organise, amend. One shared list.
